Royel Fashion pay attention to the urgency of your orders. We always try our best to make sure your ordered products hand over to you on due time or reach your door in the fastest possible time. After confirmation of your order once, you will receive a confirmation massage from our automatic generated system.

Your ordered products will be sent to your given address anywhere in Bangladesh.

We start the shipping process within 24 hours after confirmation of the order. So, if you want to cancel or modify your order, please inform our customer service department at your earliest.

*** Note: Cash one Delivery For outside Dhaka, you have to pay advance delivery charge 150 taka via bkash payment option with reference your name or order ID (01783 683117 Bkashpersonal number) for order confirmation.

We have no policy for refund, the policy only for exchange/change by another products.

Exchange Policy

Royel Fashion exchange/return policy allows you to exchange or return any Royel Fashion product purchased. Any exchange/return is absolutely free of cost and we will gladly issue you a credit note for further purchase or process an exchange against exchange/return within days of the purchase date.

You will only have to make sure the following things:

The product is unused and undamaged.
The product must be returned or exchanged in the original packet/box.
Do not write, mark, overwriting nor put any extra sticker or tape on the original packet/box.
Original invoice, condition, the tag is carefully preserved.
Valid reasons for exchange/return should be mentioned in writing on paper and included with the exchanged/returned product.

Change delivery charges have to be borne by yourself

However, all exchanges/returns are subjected to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and take back the original item from you at the same time.

Please be noted that no discounted/special offered item will be exchanged or returned.

An automatic system-generated bill will be sent to your massage address after confirmation of your order. You can find and reprint the bill from your Royel Fashion user account and make a payment where your billing amount and product details will be shown.
